One for the gentlemen
Since 1837, Tiffany & Co. has specialised in crafting bespoke jewelry for the ladies. That 182 year exclusivity ends today as the US brand announces its very first men's collection.
The Tiffany & Co. Men's collection, or Tiffany 1837 Makers as it's known, is full of flourishes for the fashionable man about town. Pendants, rings, cufflinks and more have all been crafted for the bespoke male-orientated line-up.
It marks an attempt to corner the luxury men's market for accessories and more, and we're all for it.
As well as fashion accessories, the collection includes homeware items such as mocktail mixers and paperweights (see above) in sterling silver.
There are also some made-to-order pieces like the handcrafted solid sterling silver and 18k yellow gold vermeil chess set. You know, to take your board gaming to ludicrously extravagant levels.
Reed Krakoff, chief artistic officer at Tiffany & Co., says "“Tiffany Men’s is centered on craftsmanship as the foundation of our company."
He continues "Tiffany 1837 Makers is a nod to the workmanship and time-honored techniques used in creating jewelry—the idea that there’s a person behind each object.”
