The most common mistake people make when brewing coffee at home is… not understanding the basic standards such as recommended water quality and coffee to water ratio.
When I smell coffee it makes me feel… hypnotised for a while.
The coffee-producing region I want to visit is... either Ethiopia or Colombia, which I hope to see later this year.
My favourite bean/country of origin is… cradle of coffee from Ethiopia.

The hardest barista skill to learn is… consistency.

The most impressive piece of coffee art I’ve ever seen was… a zebra pattern created by World Latte Art Champion Caleb Cha in 2016 (top).
My favourite way to drink coffee at home is… black.
