The ballad of Jesse Pinkman
We've no idea how creator Vince Gilligan pulled this off without any leaks, but Breaking Bad is coming back.
One of the most critically shows in TV history is to return on October 11 as a Netflix Original. El Camino will tell the story of what happened to Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) after the series finale. We're surprised that no-one managed to get wind of the news considering how spoilerific the internet is with anything these days.
And although he doesn't appear in this teaser clip, his long time chum, Skinny Pete is on hand to give us a taste of what's to come. Observe.
Obviously, nobody knows whether Walter White (Bryan Cranston) will return at any point - either as a flashback or other. But with so much secrecy attached we can't help but feel he just might.
What we do know is that there are couple of subtle details in this blink and you'll miss it trailer that will make Breaking Bad fans happy.
El Camino, for example, is the type of vehicle that Jesse uses to escape his captors. Look closely at the two pictures on the wall outside the interrogation room and you'll see pictures of White's brother-in-law detective Hank Schrader and his partner Steven Gomez.
We can't wait to see what happened to Jesse. But given how he was treated towards the end of Breaking Bad, we really hope he's living a good life.
